Do we need Agile !!

To all senior folks, management, leaders and customers - please give a thought on this and try to get insight out of it, just by putting Agile Wing in your team, you cannot fly miles away, it requires understanding the engineering and mechanisn to fly which will come with time and experiment.

I have interacted with various enterprise coaches, org transformation coach, senior folks whom I know directly or indirectly - Senior folks and customers - please get the deep dive for better gain, just by getting AGILE in team / Org will not give you things only GREEN, understand first, make your hand dirty, educate team / customers, have a top to bottom flow, make a POC for yourself at portfolio level, see the pain than figure out for you and your org. DO NOT DO because ELSE other are having so called AGILE fashion in their org..nope !

Atleast have a/few person to discuss with your team / org folks, let them know about framework, what are their value n benefits, give time to them for workshops / training, allow them to experiment, let them understand thoughts of metrics, let them do HOW but support them with 5Ws, and gradually, you will have WIN-WIN rate. Eventually, it applies to folks / team also, coordinate with the vision of the org and senior leaders, OWN it and for sure, we will have win-win ratio.
